    This week end I travelled 734 kilometres by road, experiencing real summer day's in Kaeo and Ahipara. I was there for the long week end also to check out a couple of properties with Jane Leef, from Ray White Real Estate Kaitaia, finally catching up with my Italian mate Stefano Virgili and his wife Lyndsay.

    My work these days is part time and chiefly in the early evening. Last week and for two more weeks I am out and about in the morning to conduct a coaching programme on behalf of Manukau City Football Club.

    So much happens in life over a week. I started the week shopping for a Collins A 41, day to day diary. Usually a not too difficult task. On arrival at The Warehouse I was greeted with "this year we didn't stock some of those lines." All they had was smaller diaries and many were glorified appointment books.
